A magical world book day for Y6!

Year 6 were transported to 'Hogwarts' on world book day, led by their teacher: Dobby the House Elf.

Year 6 were transported to 'Hogwarts' on world book day, led by their teacher: Dobby the House Elf. In Science, we took part in 'potions class', mixing magical ingredients such as crushed unicorn horn and dragon blood to create a magical mixture. We were very excited when our potion appeared to become foamy and double in size, as if by magic! In Art, we drew our own Patronus (an animal that represents us and protects us in a fight). We shaded our Patronus carefully with chalk, emphasising certain parts. Have a look at Alex's creation (a wolf Patronus), above!
