The whole school was treated this morning to a valuable and informative assembly by Emily Brown from the Dogs’ Trust. She taught all the children how to have a positive and safe relationship with dogs, including when to leave them alone and why, and how to approach them safely. She then held some excellent individual workshops with the Year 4 and 5 classes, ranging from maths (budgeting for dogs), to how to care for dogs responsibly and the role of dogs in wartime.
